Coldwater is home to over 250 fruit trees grouped in 5 orchards found in many areas of the park.
These trees bear tons of fruit including:
Apples
Pears
Peaches
Apricots
Pomegranates
Sustainable & Eco-Friendly
Our owner pioneered the first method use septic systems to feed the fruit trees at the root, rather than the Aerobic method. This created an environmentally friendly system for maintaining the orchards while avoiding toxic chemicals being sprayed on the trees.
At Coldwater, we are major pet lovers. Which is why we decided to go all in when it came to designing our Dog Park.
The Dog Park at Coldwater is 25,000 square ft, giving plenty of room for any size breed. We've also included many features to make the park convenient and fun.

We have a double entrance gate, giving you an easy way to unleash your dog without worrying about them rushing into the park, or rushing out into the street.
Among many more amenities, our pet Tortoise Charlie lives here in the Dog Park! He is such a sweet boy and our tenants love him.
