RV Camping Paradise between Austin and Marble Falls, Texas.
RV Camping Paradise between Austin and Marble Falls, Texas.
Coldwater is one of those places you have to see to believe. Quiet and in its original hill country condition.
Our beautiful 33-acre RV Camping Resort sits between Austin and Marble Falls, surrounded on 2 sides by a State Wildlife Sanctuary called the Balcones Woods Canyon Land. In close proximity to Georgetown, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Jonestown, Burnet, and Liberty Hill, Coldwater is a natural gem, with a plentiful city life just around the corner. Within a mile you'll find Lake Travis LCRA parks and boat ramps giving tenants quick and easy water access. Inside the park you will find many species of plants, including over 250 fruit trees, and animals along miles of nature walks. The man who designed the park, takes pride in leaving most of the Texas Hill Country's beautiful nature in place. The park only has 100 RV slips for its vast 33 acres, meaning many sites are as big as 1/3 of an acre, which is bigger than most traditional home sites.
Coldwater is home to over 250 fruit trees, planted in 5 different orchards scattered throughout the park.
The community gardens and orchards are offered to all residents. We are a master-built community with its own water supply, sustainable sewer plant, and emergency electricity. In the true spirit of Texas, we try to offer independence to our residents by allowing you to even design your own home site. Custom covers and garages, to just mention a few options are allowed with park permission. We are not a overnight park catering to RV's passing through, but a community of full time Tiny Home's and RV's . This shows through in the quiet, safe environment that respects nature, as well as everyone's privacy.
Lake Travis & Other Nearby AttractionsLocated less than 2 miles away, public Lake Travis parks offer premium fishing, boating, and swimming.

The DifferenceColdwater offers a unique experience for nature lovers. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy a diversity of activities including wildlife viewing, horse Boarding down the road, bird watching, photography, hiking, biking, gardening, and fishing nearby.
The creek that runs through the middle of our park has provided many years of deposited rich black soil, that grows anything. This has attracted many forms of wildlife from miles around. You are sure to see everything from black ground squirrels to white tail deer. We have slip signs, handmade from the students at Marble Falls High School. This gives our park a modern yet rustic feel. Coldwater also offers onsite shops that are perfect for offices, man caves, or just more space! |
