All sites can hold up to at least 50 Foot / 5 slide outs
2 vehicles per site, additional storage is available.
All sites are full hook-up, with water, sewer and 30/50-amp electric.
Propane is located in Marble Falls
Rates include 2 adults per RV. Only one occupied RV per site. *
Additional 50.00 per month for third person
No Tents or campfires.
There is a 150.00 security deposit that will apply to any late charges/electric bill, when departing
All payments due before the 5th of each month.
30.00 late charge on the 6th - additional 10.00 per day thereafter
Drivers License must be presented at the time of executing the service agreement
When departing the park you "must" check out at the front office/after hours see park host
You must depart on the 1st or pay for another month

- We do not issue refunds for early departures
- We charge a $40.00 returned check fee
- Annual, monthly rates are based on full payment in advance.
- We do not allow split rent payments
